Thank you for your feedback, there are shops open in the town which is a 2 minute drive from the resort. You actually pass the turn off from the airport. There are two main shops which sell all your needs on arrival & more, there is also another small shop in the main square which is generally open until around 10pm. Sunday hours are different as this is a family day in Spain however there is a Sunday am market weekly. I hope this helps for any future visits.
